Weird area.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and in the center of Alor Setar. It is just a 5-minute walk to Amal Central and Menara Alor Star, making it easy to explore the town. The rooms are renovated with modern furnishings and offer a good view of Alor Setar. I was pleased to find that the room had two separated twin beds, which was perfect for my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities such as a refrigerator were provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast served at the coffee house was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options including vegetarian choices. this hotel offers great value for money with attention to detail in its facilities and location.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

I like the free internet facility.

This hotel is situated in a strategic location near the mall, making it easy for me to go shopping. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they gave me a late checkout for free. The cleanliness of the room was up to par, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too.

3in1 mixture of coffee & tea provided is of low quality - taste awful. Hotel held wedding functions and the car parks are all occupied leaving no parking space for resident hotel guess.

Location right by ancient and historical Alor Setar and Mount Keriang as well as Aman Central shopping center. Cool and new-fashioned room provided with double bed, coffee facility, nice view.

Had a weekend at this hotel. Complementary breakfast was delicious and the staff was accommodating. the location is convenient, with a shopping center and good restaurants nearby. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The towels and bed linen were faded and worn out. the bathroom had a strong mildew odor and no proper ventilation.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

Breakfast was basic - nasi lemak, noodles, sausages, no curry chicken. No baked beans. Fried eggs counter not open, only eggs for you to drop into boiling water. Could be spruced up.

Great value for money with spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and easy-to-control air cond. Loved the awesome view of the town and landmarks from my window. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Perfect location with convenience stores and great food within walking distance – I never had to worry about food choices.

The iron was missing from the room, and the room lacked a minibar. A bit concerning, but not that big of a deal.

Can be considered new hotel - 6 yrs old in comparison with other hotels surrounding I.e old hotels. Since not much choices hotels in alor setar, I would say this hotel is okay..furthermore got ample car park. With rm160 all in .. not bad yeah.

- Better replace all tv in the hotels with flat tv then. - yellowish stains u can see on the bed white cover. the bed cover, blanket etc must be totally white without any stains. - promise with room internet/wife but no avail, reason given TM problems.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Alor Setar. Located near a shopping mall, it offers guests the convenience of being in the center of the city. The rooms are beautifully renovated with modern furnishings, exactly as shown in the photos. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, including a refrigerator. The view of Alor Setar from the room was simply breathtaking. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast at the hotel's coffee house, PADDY, was a delightful start to the day, especially for those with vegetarian dietary preferences.

All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.
